We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate site execution activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The candidate will coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other departments.

- Review drawings and identify site-level technical issues or discrepancies.

- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.

- Allocate work to supervisors, technicians, and subcontractor teams.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Coordinate material requirements and follow up on timely delivery to site.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.

- Monitor subcontractor performance and verify completed work.

- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.





- Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project HSE requirements.

- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and requirements.

- Support quantity measurements, BOQ verification, billing, and work certification.

- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, site instructions, inspection reports, and work progress.

- Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure all works are completed as per project timelines and client requirements.

- Experience in construction, MEP, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or similar projects.

- Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings, site execution, measurements, and quality requirements.

- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management software will be an advantage.

- 3–7years of relevant site execution experience.

- The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating multiple teams, resolving execution-related issues, and ensuring that project work is completed safely, on time, within quality standards, and as per client requirement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
