About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, rankings, and conversions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, link building, analytics, and SEO reporting.

You will work closely with content, development, product, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and turn SEO insights into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping.
- Own on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, schema, and information architecture.
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalization, structured data, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues in collaboration with developers and technical teams.
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies based on keyword opportunities, search intent, topical authority, and SERP analysis.
- Plan and execute ethical link-building and digital PR strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms for analysis and reporting.




- Analyze algorithm updates and industry trends and recommend appropriate actions.
- Conduct regular competitor and SERP analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create clear, actionable SEO reports and communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to SEO processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Stay current with developments in search engines, AI search, generative search experiences, and emerging SEO practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Robust understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
- Proven experience improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search and SEO best practices.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong keyword research and search-intent analysis skills.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture from an SEO perspective.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on large or international websites.
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, or lead-generation websites.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Experience with SEO migrations and large-scale website audits.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Looker Studio, or data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with international SEO, hreflang, or multilingual websites is a plus.
- Understanding of AI Overviews, LLM-driven search, and emerging GEO/AEO practices is desirable.
