Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SD/OTC processes covering sales orders, deliveries, shipping, ATP and fulfillment.
- Configure and maintain plant determination using Customer-Material Info Records, Customer Master and Material Master.
- Manage ATP configuration including checking groups, checking rules,



scope of check and Transfer of Requirements.
- Configure order routing, fulfillment source determination and material restriction rules.
- Support multi-distribution-center fulfillment, inventory allocation and backorder processing.
- Configure shipping conditions, transportation groups and route determination.
- Troubleshoot order confirmation, inventory allocation, plant determination and delivery issues.
- Prepare functional specifications, test solutions and collaborate with business, technical and supply chain teams.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP SD / OTC configuration and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD order management, delivery, shipping and route determination.
- Expertise in plant determination and fulfillment source configuration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ATP, schedule line confirmation and Transfer of Requirements.
- Experience with order routing, inventory allocation, fulfillment and multi-DC models.
- Knowledge of schedule line categories, delivery scheduling and backorder processing.
- Strong understanding of MM/inventory integration with SAP SD.
- Excellent troubleshooting, functional documentation, testing and stakeholder communication skills.

Valuable to Have Skills
- SAP S/4HANA Sales and Advanced ATP.
- Exposure to SAP EWM, TM and warehouse/transportation operations.
- Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware and custom enhancements.
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or transformation experience.
