About Position:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Salesforce Developer to provide development support and accelerate delivery across Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements. This role will help reduce backlog volume, deliver stable production solutions, and maintain platform quality across Sales Cloud, automation, integrations, and analytics.

What You'll Do:

- Execute against a prioritized backlog of Salesforce enhancements, configuration changes, and technical improvements.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as PSA, ERP, and marketing platforms.
- Partner with Product Owners, Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders to refine and deliver business requirements.
- Improve and optimize existing automation, workflows, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and technical defects across the platform.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, UAT support, documentation, and platform quality improvements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex classes, triggers, batch, queueable, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, platform limits, and development governance.




- Ability to work across multiple workstreams, manage priorities, and operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.
