WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR SALES OFFICER – FMCG

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat is required

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives, depending on experience/interview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Sales Officer (SSO) to join our team.

Industry Preference

Candidates from Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices or FMCG Food companies will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and expand distributor & retailer networks
- Manage distributors, ROI, collections and trade promotions
- Lead, train and motivate Sales Executives
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
- Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing teams for product availability and visibility
- Develop and maintain strong distributor/retailer relationships

What We're Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred
- 1–4 years of FMCG Sales experience
- Experience in Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices or Food FMCG is preferred




- Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad and Gujarat markets
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Good distributor/dealer management experience
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat
