Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales/advisor team.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and activate insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop strong relationships with advisors and drive productivity.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and business conversion.
