At OneKiraana, we are on a mission to empower India’s neighbourhood kiraana stores to build and grow their own brands. We provide sourcing, processing, packaging, private labelling and supply-chain solutions that help retailers compete more effectively in today’s market.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our General Trade business and take our retail network to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall sales strategy for the General Trade business.
- Expand OneKiraana’s network of kiraana stores and retail partners.
- Build, manage and mentor the sales team and drive target achievement.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers and key channel partners.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and order volumes.
- Monitor market trends, competition and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Operations and Management to ensure smooth onboarding, order execution and customer experience.
- Bring structure, processes and performance discipline to the sales function.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in Sales / General Trade / FMCG / Food / Distribution / Retail.
- Solid experience in B2B sales and distributor/retailer network development.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai/Maharashtra General Trade market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly target-oriented with strong ownership and execution abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Someone who is hands-on, proactive and capable of building the function from the ground up.
