The Role

You'll lead the effort to find, qualify, and onboard the agents, developers, and land owners who list on Landseek. This is phone, WhatsApp, and field-call work not a desk-and-spreadsheet job. You'll also own and evolve the sales playbook the team runs on, and mentor newer members of the team. If you like talking to people, getting things done, and driving results independently, read on.

What You'll Do

- Build and manage lists of agents, developers, and land owners across Telangana and drive outreach over calls,

WhatsApp, and email.
- Qualify leads on the call inventory size, listing intent, location, document readiness and hand off clean notes to the

Sales & Partnerships Lead.
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date every day: data entry, stage updates, follow-ups, no duplicates.
- Onboard agents and land owners to Network and Vault listing creation, document upload, Vault score and support

anyone who gets stuck.




- Track and share market intelligence from calls prices, hot areas, common objections, competitor mentions — with the

team each week.
- Own the sales playbook: keep pitch decks, one-pagers, and templates sharp, and continuously test and refine scripts

and openers.
- Mentor and support junior sales associates, sharing what's working and helping ramp up the team.

What We're Looking For

- Clear communication in English and Telugu, on calls and over text.
- Okay with 40–60 calls and messages a day.
- 5+ years of sales, tele-calling, or customer-facing experience, ideally in real estate or a related field.
- Strong interest in real estate and how land markets work.
- Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told the next step.
- Fine with change and a fast startup pace.

Nice to Have

- Hindi, on top of English and Telugu.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small sales team.
