Job Purpose
We are seeking a Tax Analyst – US Taxation to support the firm’s hedge fund and private equity structures. The role involves hands-on preparation and review of US federal tax workpapers and returns, investor-level reporting, and collaboration with global tax, accounting, and data teams.

This position is ideal for specialists with US partnership tax experience, exposure to alternative investment funds, and the ability to work with large, complex datasets in a process-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
US Tax Compliance & Reporting
Prepare and review US federal partnership tax returns (Form 1065) and related tax workpapers




Prepare and review Schedule K-1s, year-end allocations, and investor-level tax calculations
Assist in preparation of federal extensions, tax estimates, and supporting schedules
Review and prepare foreign and information returns such as Forms 8865, 8621 (PFIC), 8990, 926, and related disclosures
Perform Book-to-Tax reconciliations, wash sale and QDI analysis

Fund & Investor-Level Support
Prepare master-feeder and investor-level allocations for hedge funds and private equity structures
Support tax withholding calculations and investor correspondence
Generate and validate reports from multiple systems (NAV reports, accounting systems, tax software)
Maintain and deliver standardized tax reporting packages as per client or internal requirements

Data, Systems & Collaboration
Work with large datasets using advanced Excel to perform reconciliations, analytics, and reporting
