SKB Exports is Hiring – Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive Age: 28–35years Experience: Minimum 4 years

About Us

SKB Exports is a leading export company dealing in minerals, chemicals, and raw materials. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven Purchase Executive to strengthen our procurement team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of minerals, chemicals, and other raw materials.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate sample collection, testing with laboratories/testing houses, and ensure timely follow-up until final dispatch of materials.
Liaise with production, quality, logistics, accounts, and other internal departments for seamless execution of purchase and export orders.
Maintain accurate records of sample inward/outward movement and inventory across multiple godowns.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Identify, evaluate,



and develop current suppliers through market research and lead generation.
Address quality issues, discrepancies, and supplier concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Support marketing and export-related coordination with professionalism and robust problem-solving skills.
Prepare reports, maintain procurement data, and perform analysis using Advanced MS Excel.

Desired Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing minerals, chemicals, commodities, or an export-oriented business of monthly 50,00,000/-
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹10,866.37 - ₹23,000.00 per month
