Core Responsibilities

· Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, make work schedules, and manage shift timings for cleaning workers and attendance maintenance.

· Cleanliness Checks: Inspect classrooms, staff rooms, restrooms, and play areas regularly to maintain high hygiene levels.

· Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning items, soaps, and disinfectants, and order recent stock before supplies run out.

· Safety Rules: Make sure workers use safe cleaning chemicals and follow school health guidelines.

· Maintenance Reporting: Spot broken fixtures or building damage and report them quickly to the school maintenance or admin head.

· Requirements and Skills

· Experience: 2 to 5 years of work in housekeeping supervision, preferably inside a school,



college, or large institution.

· Knowledge: Good understanding of secure cleaning chemicals, tools, and waste disposal methods.

· Communication: Ability to give clear instructions to cleaning staff and report smoothly to school management.

· Education: High school diploma; a diploma or certificate in hospitality, facility management, or housekeeping is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
