Crizone Business Centre provides premium coworking spaces, private offices, and enterprise workspace solutions in Ambattur, Chennai.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an accountant who can own the finance function end to end rather than handle one slice of it. You will maintain the books, run GST and TDS compliance, process payroll, and prepare the schedules our external CA firm needs for audit and filings. You will work directly with the founder from our Ambattur OT centre.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally — sales, purchases, journals and bank reconciliation
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and handle TDS deduction, payment and returns
Prepare schedules, ledgers and working papers for our external CA firm’s audit and filings
Process payroll, statutory deductions and vendor payments
Raise client invoices, track receivables and follow up on collections
Produce monthly MIS — profit and loss, cash position, and outstanding receivables

Requirements & Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com,



or CA Inter with articleship completed
3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience (articleship counts)
Solid working knowledge of Tally
Practical GST and TDS experience — you have filed returns, not only passed entries
Comfortable owning deadlines without being chased

Nice to have:
Experience in a CA firm
Exposure to ROC filings
Payroll processing experience
Excel beyond the basics

Salary of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on qualification and experience

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates complete a 60-minute practical exercise — Tally entries, bank reconciliation, and a GSTR-3B computation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
