Operate and monitor HDPE blow moulding machines to produce plastic bottles/containers as per required specifications and quality standards.
Set and adjust machine parameters, load HDPE raw material, and perform mould changes when required.
Conduct routine quality checks, identify defects, and maintain accurate production records.
Ensure proper machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
Follow safety guidelines, minimize material wastage, and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff to maintain smooth, productive, and uninterrupted production.
