Key Responsibilities
Handle regular customer communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
Generate and follow up on new sales inquiries and business opportunities.
Receive, review, and coordinate customer inquiries / RFQs with the concerned departments.
Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements, costing, specifications, and commercial terms.
Follow up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into purchase orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop recent customers.
Understand customer requirements related to casting, foundry, and machined components.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Handle customer queries related to price, quality, delivery, specifications, and order status.
Conduct regular follow-ups for pending inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with customers.
Identify new markets, customers, OEMs, and industrial business opportunities.
Maintain customer databases, inquiry reports,



quotation status, and sales records.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills
Excellent customer communication and follow-up skills.
Solid knowledge of inquiry handling, quotation preparation, and order conversion.
Valuable understanding of casting, foundry, machining, or engineering products.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and sales documentation.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in casting / foundry / machining / engineering industry preferred.
Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
