We are looking for an experienced
TAC Engineer
with solid hands-on expertise in
Linux
and advanced networking protocols. The ideal candidate should have excellent
troubleshooting skills
and practical experience working with enterprise networking environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
Diagnose and resolve issues across
TCP/IP
,
MPLS
, and
BGP
environments.
Perform network-level troubleshooting on
Linux-based systems
.
Analyze network logs, packet captures,
SNMP
data, and system behavior to identify root causes.
Work with network test equipment and network management tools for testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.




Support network security-related troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Develop and use scripting/automation for troubleshooting and operational activities.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to drive issues to resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and RCA reports.
