Role Purpose:- Responsible for supplier quality , part development, APQP activities, supplier process improvement, and recent product development for Interior Trim commodities. This role requires supplier visits and frequent travel to Ranjangaon plant/supplier locations.
Key Responsibilities-
Supplier quality management for Interior Trim parts.
Part development and APQP/PPAP activities.
Supplier process audits, product audits, and capability assessments.
Drive supplier process improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA, and corrective action implementation.
Support recent product launches and ensure SOP readiness.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
Frequent travel to supplier sites and Ranjangaon plant(70KM from Pune)
