Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.
Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, UX designers, and QA teams.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely delivery of product releases and achievement of business outcomes.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
Communicate product updates, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional teams.
