We are looking for a Hospital IT Manager to oversee the information technology operations within a healthcare facility.
The Hospital IT Manager is responsible for ensuring that all computer systems, networks, and software applications are functioning optimally to support clinical and administrative operations.

Role & responsibilities
Oversee daily IT operations within the hospital
Manage and mentor IT staff and support teams
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Plan and implement system upgrades and recent technologies
Monitor network and system security
Coordinate disaster recovery and data backup processes




Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships
Provide technical support to hospital staff
Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
2+ years of IT management experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong knowledge of hospital information systems and EHRs
Experience with network management
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management
