PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Major Activities Project Management
Lead and support the development and implementation of project execution plans in line with the Transmission Service Agreement (TSA), contractual requirements, project objectives, and site conditions.
Develop, monitor, and control project schedules in coordination with project, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
Plan and optimize deployment of manpower, materials, equipment, tools, services, and other resources to achieve project milestones within the approved schedule and budget.
Monitor project performance through periodic progress reviews, dashboards, MIS, and performance reports, and identify corrective actions to improve productivity and schedule adherence.
Develop manpower and material mobilization plans to address critical activities and expedite delayed works.
Proactively identify resource constraints and coordinate timely mobilization of additional resources to recover delays and maintain project targets.




Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key project, construction, activities.
Monitor engineering deliverables, drawings and documents approval status to ensure timely availability at site.
Drive proactive planning and interface management to optimize the project completion schedule and minimize idling of manpower, equipment, and other resources.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, testing, commissioning, and engineering teams to resolve technical and execution interfaces.
Support senior management in identifying project risks, developing mitigation plans, and ensuring timely achievement of key project milestone
Support successful project completion, commissioning, and formal handover to the Operations team.

Quality management
Review assist in field quality plan for approval.
