Perform routine in-process quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Verify critical quality parameters such as weight, dimensions, color, texture, moisture, and appearance according to product specifications.
Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
Identify and report non-conforming products and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP requirements.
Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in a biscuit, bakery, or food manufacturing company is preferred.
