Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can analyze business data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
Analyze sales, revenue, operational, and business performance data.
Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
Work with different teams to understand data requirements.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
Present key findings and insights to management.
Support business teams with data-driven recommendations.
Track team productivity, sales, targets, attendance, and KPIs.
Monitor day-to-day team performance and operational activities.




Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks and targets are completed on time.
Allocate work and follow up on pending activities.
Identify performance gaps and operational issues and report them to management.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
Basic to valuable knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,024.18 - ₹20,077.92 per month
