Qualification: BAMS / MD Ayurveda preferred, with 2–5 years of hospital insurance/TPA experience.
Must have robust practical knowledge of pre-authorisation (pre-auth), cashless admissions and insurance claims.
Should independently prepare and submit pre-auth requests, respond to TPA queries and obtain approvals.
Experience in enhancement requests, discharge approvals, final claim submission and claim follow-up.
Should coordinate effectively with Ayurveda doctors, RMO, billing, MRD, TPAs and insurance companies.
Knowledge of Ayush/ABY, CGHS and private health insurance processes will be an added advantage.
