A Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
Maintain product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively
