Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee Finance & Accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in General Ledger, financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, AP, AR, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Finance & Accounting activities
Handle General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and accounting records.
Support tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Prepare financial and management reports for senior management.
Conduct GL variance analysis and resolve accounting discrepancies.




Maintain effective internal controls and ensure accounting compliance.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax professionals, and other stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and finance-related projects.
Coordinate remotely with the Finance Team.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
Strong knowledge of General Ledger and financial reporting.
Proven experience in month-end and year-end closing.
Valuable understanding of AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
Experience with ERP/accounting software.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
ACCA qualification will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
