Machine Management: Quality and operating Mitutoyo CMM or similar CMM equipment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Check and operate CMM machines for dimensional inspection of plastic mold and mechanical parts.
Performs basic measurements of components to ensure them, meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
Support senior quality engineer in performing inspections, generating reports, and troubleshooting.
Help with in-process and final inspections of manufacturing parts.
Learn and apply GD&T; principles.
Document and report measurement data accurately.
Follow established quality control procedures and safety standards.
Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration under supervision.
Solid willingness to learn CMM operation and programming
Ability to work under the supervision of senior CMM operators
