Job Description – Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Experience: 6–8 Years

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, primarily across Sales and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.

•⁠ ⁠Develop CRM customizations using Dataverse, Power Apps, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflows/Power Automate and other supported technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement CRM extensions based on business requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, middleware, and other integration technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Work on CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and configurations.

•⁠ ⁠Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript and other server/client-side extensions where required.
