Role Overview

JD Institute of Fashion Technology is looking for a full time IT Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, network connectivity, and day-to-day technical support. The role will ensure smooth and secure IT operations across the campus and provide timely technical assistance to employees and students.

The ideal candidate should have solid troubleshooting skills, positive knowledge of IT infrastructure, excellent coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining reliable and secure technology systems.

Key Responsibilities1. IT Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, projectors, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the campus.
Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and related infrastructure.




Coordinate installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Identify and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Technical Support
Provide first-level technical support to employees and students.
Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, software, printers, internet connectivity, email, and other IT applications.
Respond to IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records of recurring technical issues and their resolutions.
IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain an updated inventory of all IT hardware, software, accessories, and other technology assets.
Track allocation and movement of laptops, desktops, accessories, and other IT equipment.
Maintain records of repairs, replacements, warranties, and AMC services.
Conduct periodic physical verification of IT assets.
Network & Security
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches,
