We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge / Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at our JNPT Port project in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RCC works, Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution, along with the ability to manage labour teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure secure, timely, and quality execution of work.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution




Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Execute and monitor RCC works, Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering/Formwork, and Concrete works.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel for smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
Labour & Contractor Management
Supervise labour teams and allocate daily work activities.
Coordinate with labour contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor labour productivity and ensure adequate manpower availability.
Maintain site discipline and ensure workers follow project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
