About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and high-potential Graduate Engineers for our Graduate Engineer – Renewable Energy (Fresher)—a structured entry into renewable energy consulting.

You will work closely with senior consultants on live projects, gaining hands-on experience in feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and techno-commercial analysis across multiple renewable energy domains.

This role offers a balanced mix of analytical office work and practical site exposure, making it ideal for candidates serious about long-term careers in clean energy consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and feasibility studies
Support techno-commercial analysis and Project cost estimation
Work on energy yield analysis, data modeling, and Excel-based evaluations
Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables
Assist in solar,



wind, and BESS project analysis
Participate in site visits for surveys, inspections, and data collection
Support tender (RFP/NIT) documentation and bid processe

Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Energy
Robust interest in renewable energy sector
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and engineering fundamentals
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Minimum First Class / 7.00 CGPA

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in Mumbai or Thane or willing to relocate immediately. Preference will be given to local candidates.
