Job Overview
Chate’s Homeopathy Clinic is looking for a Pharmaceutical Machine Operator – Tablet & Packaging to support our tablet manufacturing and packaging operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the smooth functioning of pharmaceutical production and packaging machinery. The role requires a hands-on approach to machine operation, the ability to identify basic machine issues, and a solid focus on production quality and efficiency.
Candidates with practical experience in pharmaceutical, homeopathic, nutraceutical, or similar manufacturing settings will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machines used for tablet production and pharmaceutical packaging.
Operate blister packaging machines and other tablet packaging equipment.
Ensure proper machine setup before starting production.
Monitor machine performance and production output throughout the process.
Make routine machine adjustments as required for smooth operation.
Identify basic machine faults and troubleshoot operational issues.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel for machine breakdowns or technical problems.
Ensure correct packaging materials are used according to production requirements.
Check tablets and packaged products for basic quality, appearance, quantity, and packaging accuracy.
Minimize machine downtime, production delays, and material wastage.
Maintain daily production, machine operation, and other required records.
Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks of machines.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production and packaging area.
Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, hygiene practices, and quality requirements.
