We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Executive to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspection, testing, documentation, and ensuring product quality as per company standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Conduct laboratory testing and inspection as per quality standards.
Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation.
Identify quality issues and report deviations to the concerned department.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to maintain product quality.
Assist in handling customer complaints, investigations, and corrective actions.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Requirements
Experience in Quality Control within Manufacturing, Packaging, Chemical, Polymer, Film, or related industries.
Knowledge of quality testing instruments and documentation practices.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
