Lead and manage a team of 8 Academic Counsellors responsible for selling full time offline UG & PG programmes on behalf of domestic and international universities/colleges, driving applications, registrations and final admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and achieve monthly/annual admission and revenue targets for UG & PG programmes.
Drive application, registration and admission conversion through structured counselling and follow-up.
Plan and execute digital and BTL lead distribution, allocation and lead churning to maximise conversion.
Monitor daily talk time, connected calls, follow-ups, counselling conversations and lead productivity of each counsellor.
Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews and target vs. achievement analysis.
Track funnel metrics: Leads Connected Counselling Applications Registrations Admissions.
Coach counsellors on product knowledge, counselling, objection handling, follow-up and closing.
Ensure timely calling and systematic follow-up of fresh, old,
digital and BTL leads.
Coordinate with Marketing/Operations/University teams for lead quality, campaigns, documentation and admission closures.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance dashboards.

Solid inside-sales leader with experience in Higher Education, EdTech, University Admissions or B2C/B2B sales, excellent team-handling and conversion skills, and a solid orientation towards targets, revenue and admissions closure.
