A Service Advisor is the link between the customer and the workshop, making sure the customer's vehicle is serviced properly and the customer is satisfied.
Ask about the vehicle's problems and service requirements.
Prepare the job card.
Explain the required repairs and estimated cost to the customer.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop.
Give customers updates about the vehicle.
Check that the required work is completed properly.
Prepare the final bill and explain the work done.
Hand over the vehicle to the customer.
Follow up with customers after service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
