What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to customers across the US market
Communicate professionally and confidently with prospects
Generate and qualify leads based on campaign requirements
Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities




Accurately update customer and call information in the CRM
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Work with the team to achieve campaign and business goals

What We're Looking For:
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Good listening and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a US night-shift workplace
Freshers are welcome if they have solid communication skills
International BPO / US voice process / telecalling experience will be an added advantage
