Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on business transformation, operational excellence, process improvements, and digital initiatives.
Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, dashboards, reports, and meeting materials for leadership discussions.
Develop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
Track organizational goals, action items, and strategic priorities while driving accountability across teams.
Coordinate with business and functional leaders to facilitate seamless communication, collaboration, and execution.
Build and maintain management dashboards that provide visibility into business performance, KPIs, and project status.
Conduct research, data analysis, and business assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Support the MD in managing high-priority assignments,



ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
MBA in Marketing/Operations/Supply Chain from a reputed institution preferred.
Experience
4–5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting,
