ABOUT OMNIXM omniXM builds intelligent customer experience management products. Our flagship AI product omniXMOS, includes a conversational survey analysis engine omniSense, that processes real-world business feedback at scale. The system combines deterministic data tools, LLM-powered reasoning, multi-modal report generation, and document-grounded RAG — all served through a FastAPI backend and deployed on Azure.

We are growing our AI Engineering team to deepen the intelligence layer of omniSense: smarter agents, richer retrieval, better-adapted models, and tighter orchestration.

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to own the quality assurance process across our web applications. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong manual testing expertise while also contributing significantly to automation testing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing, automating, and validating test scenarios while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineering teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key ResponsibilitiesManual Testing · Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

· Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

· Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, and End-to-End testing.

· Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.

· Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.

· Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before production releases.

· Collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects effectively.

· Ensure high-quality releases within defined timelines.

Automation Testing · Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.





· Enhance and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

· Increase automation coverage for regression and critical business workflows.

· Execute automated test suites and analyze execution reports.

· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

· Continuously optimize automation scripts for reliability and maintainability.

API & Database Testing · Perform REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.

· Validate API responses, request payloads, authentication, and error handling.

· Execute SQL queries for backend data validation.

· Verify database integrity across different application modules.

Agile & Release Management · Participate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

· Estimate testing effort and support release planning.

· Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams.

· Ensure quality throughout the SDLC in an Agile environment.

Continuous Quality Improvement · Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and automation coverage.

· Recommend best practices for software quality.

· Monitor product quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support production validation and post-release verification.

· Experience in Cross-browser and Cross-platform testing.

· Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud environments.

· Understanding of secure software testing practices.

Desired Candidate Profile · 5–7 years of overall QA experience with strong exposure to both Manual and Automation Testing.

· At least 50% hands-on experience in Automation Testing.

· Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced product environment.

· Passion for delivering high-quality software.

Educational Qualification · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
