Job Role: Senior Relationship Officer

- Drive business loan and LAP sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers.

- Generate leads through field visits, centre meetings, referrals, and local market activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Assess the potential customer base and product acceptance in new regions and markets.

- Identify new business opportunities and support geographical expansion.

- Review loan applications and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

- Ensure timely loan disbursements while maintaining minimum delinquency levels.

- Monitor customer repayments and support delinquency management.

- Conduct regular field visits and centre meetings.

- Conduct daily and weekly meetings and follow-ups with customers.

- Maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.

- Promote the company's financial products and build strong brand awareness in the assigned territory.

- Monitor loan portfolio performance and ensure achievement of repayment targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, applications, disbursements, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire recent customers through field-based sales activities.

- Loan Sales:



Promote business loans and LAP products and convert qualified leads.

- Disbursement Management: Ensure timely disbursement and achievement of assigned targets.

- Repayment & Delinquency Management: Monitor repayments and minimize overdue accounts.

- Field Operations: Conduct regular customer visits, centre meetings, and market activities.

- Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Market Expansion: Identify new locations, customer segments, and business opportunities.

Requirements

- Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduate.

- Experience: 1–5 years.

- Experience in Field Sales, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Home Loans is preferred.

- Basic understanding of the Business Loan model is an advantage.

- Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.

- Personal Two-Wheeler is mandatory.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
