We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead business transformation initiatives within Retail Banking, with robust experience in process redesign, operating model transformation and cross-functional delivery. The role involves driving end-to-end transformation programs, redesigning and simplifying business processes, developing and implementing target operating models, and coordinating delivery across Business, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk and Compliance teams. The candidate will manage stakeholders across multiple geographies, drive project governance and execution in a matrix environment, and oversee QA, controls, operational risk, dependencies and delivery milestones.
Experience in banking operations and account onboarding is preferred, along with exposure to KYC, CDD and AML processes. The role requires excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver complex transformation initiatives within agreed timelines.
