About the Role

Menarini India is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager/ Group Product Manager – Dermatology to take end-to-end ownership of our assigned dermatology brand portfolio. Based at our Head Office in Mumbai, you will drive profitable revenue growth, market share expansion and brand equity across traditional trade as well as emerging channels like E-Commerce and Contemporary Trade (E-Com/MT).

You will lead new product development (NPD), shape future-ready brand strategies and mentor direct report to deliver commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Brand Strategy & P&L;: Drive strategic direction for set of brands, own brand execution end to end and deliver on brand P&L.;

· NPD & Portfolio Renewal: Lead New Product Development from concept to launch, strengthening portfolio innovation and its adoption.

· E-Commerce & Modern Trade: Define channel-specific positioning, pricing and promotional strategies to build brand presence across E-Com/MT Pharmacy platforms. Deliver continuous E-Commerce/Pharmacy MT growth with heavy A&P; investments. This includes product and packaging upgrades, content creation and dissemination strategy, working with E-Commerce agencies for awareness and performance marketing.

· Sales Collaboration & Field Engagement: Partner closely with Sales teams, support HCP engagement, conduct field visits, deliver effective product strategy training, analyse sales trends and suggest improvements to grow brands.

· KOL & Stakeholder Engagement:



Maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and collaborate across cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, E-Commerce).

· People Leadership: Support, guide and develop direct reports (Product Executives/ Product Managers) to foster a high-performing team. Ability to energise and engage all cross functional stakeholders including other functional leaders in the interest of brands and its growth objective. Challenge the status quo to drive innovation and speed of execution.

What We Are Looking For

· Education: Graduate in Pharmacy / Science (B.Pharm / B.Sc); Post-Graduation in Management (MBA) preferred.

· Experience: 7 to 10 years of robust experience in pharmaceutical marketing/brand management. Prior experience in Dermatology is strongly preferred.

· Channel Expertise: Exposure to E-Commerce / Modern Trade brand building and New Product Development (NPD) is highly advantageous.

· Core Competencies: Brand ownership in entirety, robust bias to execution and operational energy, financial acumen (P&L; ownership), strategic thinking, digital/omnichannel marketing execution and strong cross-functional stakeholder management, critical and analytical thinking with data insights, understanding of brand positioning & brand content development.
