Key Responsibilities /n • Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion. /n • Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations. /n • Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility. /n • Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs. /n • Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently. /n • Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks. /n • Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover. /n • Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements. /n • Ensure zero-defect designs by following HomeLane technical and quality guidelines.

Qualifications /n • 6–14+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors. /n • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; postgraduate qualification preferred. /n • Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.
