This role is for a Sr Developer specializing in Oracle SOA Suite Administration with three to five years of experience responsible for maintaining reliable integration environments optimizing performance and supporting business critical interfaces in a global MNC. Responsibilities
- Administer Oracle SOA Suite environments to ensure consistent availability reliability and performance for enterprise integration workloads
- Configure Oracle SOA components to support scalable services and integrations that align with evolving business requirements
- Monitor system health metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and apply tuning activities that enhance overall throughput
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance windows to apply patches and updates that keep middleware platforms secure and compliant
- Troubleshoot integration failures by analyzing logs and error traces to rapidly restore services and minimize business disruption
- Document standard operating procedures to support repeatable administration tasks and improve support handover quality
- Collaborate with development teams to review deployment packages and validate that configurations align with environment standards
- Implement backup and recovery routines that protect critical configuration artifacts and support rapid environment restoration
- Support incident resolution activities by providing technical analysis and remediation guidance for Oracle SOA related issues
- Engage with stakeholders to understand integration priorities and translate them into stable and maintainable SOA configurations
- Optimize deployment pipelines to streamline movement of SOA composites across environments while maintaining strict governance controls
- Coordinate with ERP process owners to ensure that integrations related to purchase order handling remain accurate and dependable
- Align daily administration activities with the company strategy to support efficient digital operations that benefit customers and society
Qualifications
- Possess professional experience of three to five years working in Oracle SOA Suite Administration for enterprise environments
- Demonstrate practical expertise in configuring deploying and monitoring SOA composites in production and non production landscapes
- Exhibit strong skills in analyzing middleware logs and system metrics to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently
- Show familiarity with ERP processes including entering purchase order requests and related workflow handling as a valuable domain strength
- Display ability to collaborate with cross functional teams using clear communication and structured documentation practices
- Maintain awareness of database and operating system fundamentals that influence Oracle SOA platform stability and performance
- Commit to continuous learning in modern integration practices and follow organizational standards for security and compliance
Certifications Required
Oracle SOA Suite Administrator Certified Expert or equivalent Oracle Middleware certification preferred
