About the Role

We are looking for a
solid backend-focused Software Engineer
to build scalable APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and product features. The ideal candidate should have solid backend fundamentals with hands-on experience in
Kafka, SQL, Docker, and cloud settings
.

Design and develop scalable
backend services, REST APIs & microservices
Build
event-driven architectures
using Kafka
Develop using
Node.js / Python / Golang
Design and optimize
SQL databases and queries
Build, deploy and maintain
Dockerized applications
Work in
Linux and cloud environments
Implement reliable, scalable and high-performance services
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
Collaborate with Product,



Growth and Frontend teams
Contribute to
React.js
for dashboards and minor UI requirements

Must-Have Skills
2–5 years of software development experience
Strong backend development experience in
Node.js / Python / Golang
Hands-on
Kafka
and event-driven architecture
Solid
SQL & relational database
knowledge
Experience with
REST APIs & microservices
Hands-on
Docker & Linux
Positive understanding of
system design, DSA and debugging
Strong knowledge of scalable backend development

Good to Have

CI/CD & DevOps practices
