Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Job Description:
Plan and execute website migrations involving Magnolia CMS and perform content inventory and mapping to current CMS or platform.
Develop and implement URL redirect strategies (301 redirects) to preserve SEO value and collaborate with developers| content owners| and SEO teams to coordinate migrations.
Test migrated sites for functionality| SEO integrity| and performance and troubleshoot issues arising during or after migrations.
Document migration processes and provide training to relevant teams and stay updated on best practices for CMS migration and SEO preservation.

Essential Skills:




Java Groovy Scripts expertise for both Magnolia and AEM settings.
Familiarity with JCR repository structure and Sling framework.
Knowledge of HTL (Sightly) for AEM front-end development.
Experience with Maven for build and deployment.
Access to migration tools or development of custom scripts.
Version control system (Git) in place.
CICD pipeline configured for automated deployments.
