About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive GNG's domestic B2B business while supporting our marketing and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent B2B leads across corporates, hotels, facility management companies, hospitals, schools, restaurants and institutions.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and market research to generate enquiries.
Follow up with prospects, coordinate meetings, quotations and samples, and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and decision-makers.
Research new markets, customers and business opportunities.
Manage and regularly update product catalogues, company profiles and presentations.
Coordinate updates to the company website and digital platforms.
Assist in creating content for LinkedIn and other marketing channels.




Coordinate with designers/agencies for marketing creatives and promotional material.
Maintain sales pipeline and regularly report lead and conversion status.
Be willing to travel and visit clients/prospects whenever required for meetings, presentations, sampling and business development.

Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Marketing.
Solid communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Positive working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn and basic digital marketing tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and branding.
Self-driven, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
Must be comfortable with client visits and local travel whenever required.
Experience in textiles, garments, uniforms, hospitality or facility management is an advantage.
