Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce service solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce experience along with expertise in architecture, automation, AI integration, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and development of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
Design scalable case and account-level summarization frameworks.
Implement AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation.
Integrate chatbots and RAG-based support solutions with Salesforce.
Develop auto-response and recommendation engines.
Lead ticket routing, escalation, and workflow orchestration.
Collaborate with business, product, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure coding standards, security, release governance, and best practices.
Mentor team members and conduct technical design reviews.
Support deployments, production releases, and incident resolution.





Required Skills
5–8 years of solid Salesforce development experience.
Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
Strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce automation, and integration experience.
Experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
Knowledge of AI/Generative AI, chatbots, RAG, or AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
Solid understanding of workflows, case management, routing, and automation.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Robust leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
Salesforce AI / Agentforce experience.
Experience with RAG, LLM integration, or intelligent recommendation systems.
Salesforce certifications are an advantage.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 per year
