Job Description:
Administer, configure, secure, and troubleshoot Oracle WebLogic Server (12c/14c) in production.
Manage clustering, JVM tuning, SSL/TLS, JDBC/JMS, deployments, and HA/DR configurations.
Perform L3-level troubleshooting: thread/heap dumps, GC analysis, performance issues.
Containerize middleware workloads using Docker with secure, optimized images.
Design and operate AWS ECS (Fargate/EC2) and/or EKS for scalable container deployments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for WebLogic/Docker deployments using Jenkins/Bitbucket/etc.
Integrate logging & monitoring using DynaTrace.
Ensure compliance, certificate management, vulnerability scanning, IAM hardening.
Collaborate with Dev, SecOps, and Infra teams, creating runbooks and SOPs.
