We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video & Motion Graphics Editor to join our marketing team.

The role is not limited to traditional video editing. You will be responsible for creating AI-generated videos, social media Reels, motion graphics, and performance marketing creatives that help us build our brand and generate student admissions.

You will work closely with our marketing and performance team to turn concepts, scripts, and campaign ideas into engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta ad creatives
Generate and edit AI videos and AI-generated visual content
Create motion graphics, animations, text effects and transitions
Edit campus, faculty, student and testimonial footage
Create multiple creative variations for Meta ad testing
Convert marketing concepts and scripts into engaging video stories
Add subtitles, voiceovers, music, sound effects and visual effects
Repurpose existing videos into multiple short-form formats
Maintain consistent VR Junior College branding across creatives




Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and audience
Stay updated with new AI video generation and creative tools

Required Skills
Solid video editing skills
Positive understanding of short-form content and Reels
Motion graphics and animation skills
Knowledge of AI video/image generation tools
Good sense of storytelling, pacing and visual composition
Ability to create engaging content specifically for social media
Basic understanding of Meta advertising creatives
