Job Description – Accountant

Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala OR Bangalore, Karnataka
Note: The selected candidate will be required to work at either Perinthalmanna or Bangalore, based on the organization’s requirement and the candidate’s suitability.

Position: Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, payroll-related coordination, and other finance and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and ledger accounts.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and follow up when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.




Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the Management.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the team.
Candidates should be willing to work at either Perinthalmanna or Bangalore, depending on the final placement.
