KRA for Sales Executive
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Identify and develop recent OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2 and industrial customers.
Generate recent enquiries and RFQs through market research, customer references, exhibitions and other business-development channels.
Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements and develop business prospects.
Receive and study customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, quantities, annual requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Costing, Production, Quality, Engineering and PPC teams for technical and commercial feasibility.
Prepare and submit quotations to customers within the committed timeline.
Follow up continuously on quotations, RFQs, samples, trials, development parts and commercial negotiations.
Convert qualified enquiries into purchase orders and achieve the targeted enquiry-to-order conversion ratio.
Develop long-term relationships with Purchase, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality and other customer representatives.




Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality and Dispatch to monitor customer orders and committed delivery schedules.
Follow up with customers regarding delivery, quality, documentation and other commercial requirements.
Coordinate with the Quality team for customer complaints, rejections, corrective actions and closure of issues.
Identify opportunities for additional parts, repeat orders and increased business from existing customers.
Monitor competitor activities, market prices, customer requirements and industry trends.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment follow-up and outstanding receivables.
Maintain an updated customer database, enquiry tracker, quotation tracker and sales pipeline.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
Participate in customer audits, technical/commercial meetings and business review meetings whenever required
