Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sourcing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or related field
MBA in Sales and marketing specialization preferred
Prior experience in property sourcing is required
Job Description (JD)
Build and manage relationships with brokers, property owners, and partners
Conduct market research on pricing, demand, and location feasibility
Negotiate on pricing and agreements
Coordinate with legal and internal teams for documentation and approvals
Prepare sourcing reports and update management on prospects
Ensure timely closure of sourcing deals as per company requirements
Technical Skills
Knowledge of real estate markets
Basic understanding of feasibility and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Mandatory Skills
Solid Residential and commercial property sourcing experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Positive network with brokers and market partners
Local market knowledge of Mumbai Real estate
Target-oriented and self-driven approach
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
